your best bet is to not get to the checking footage stage. that's very time consuming and a lot of effort, so they generally don't want to have to do that

how is your timesheet tracked? is it per project? are you missing deadlines?

Nah we just put in our hours, no extra details. The only way theyd catch on is if someone noticed I wasnt here but thats unlikely. Just wanna be prepared in case it happens.

Gonna need more details, how many hours you work compared to your clocked in time. I have experience with this as a former manager so maybe I can help.

so most days Ill show up 30 minutes late, and take twice as long on my breaks. They dont keep a close eye on me but if they get suspicious they can check camera footage. There was one guy who was stealing food every day and they went through the footage from all of his shifts I think theres a whole department dedicated to analyzing camera footage for thefts. We just submit an online time sheet every week, we dont punch in or out at all.

From what ive heard, when folks at my job are caught stealing or similar things, they get this ex cop dude to sit down with you and the boss and basically interrogate you. If this happens I need a game plan. Should I just refuse to answer any questions or would that do more harm than good?

I started taking vyvanse but it made me act like a hormonal teenager so I switched medications. Now I'm taking concerta and while its not as bad, its still pretty bad in that regard.
