UNRWA is out of fuel and cannot do anything except hear the shooting and look out the window.

There were strikes outside the evacuation zone. There is chaos. Some people move to places others have moved from. People everywhere are moving carrying their stuff. The westmost place is on the beach, obviously, and lots of people are moving there.

And the safe place designated by IDF? IDF did not make any arrangements. There are already people there.

The military operation closed 2 roads. I believe those are the only roads into Rafah.

UNICEF said there are 600K children. They all have a parent or a guardian to see that they eat right but no food.

Northern Africa is certainly arid and infertile but the people there were forcibly converted to Islam after waves of conquest by early Muslim caliphates. Bangladesh, Pakistan and Indonesia/Malaysia are not mostly arid or infertile, and have zillions of Muslims.

Namely, territories characterized by a large share of arid and semiarid regions dotted with few pockets of fertile land are more likely to host Muslim communities. We discuss the various mechanisms that may give rise to the observed pattern.

It is one explanation for why Islam has been successful. I prefer explanations that involve religions like Islam and Christianity spreading due to providing a life style more workable than the previous life style.

At this point you might want to dip your toes into some higher level math stuff like Real/Complex Analysis, Topology, and Abstract Algebra.

Will you remember every proof or will any of the stuff in those classes be everyday useful like stats? No. But they are pretty much foundational courses for higher math and once you go through them it makes learning more advanced applied math topics (partial differential equations, stochastic processes, fourier analysis, mathematical statistics, etc.) much easier to get through.

Edit: To put it another way, you were getting frustrated by the fact that trying to learn more math on wiki keeps sending down endless rabbit holes. Basically those rabbit holes will mostly all lead to the subjects I mentioned. Its why they are all required for math phd programs.

True but also look into combinatorics, mathematical logic, infinitesimals and cover theory.

Could this be why protestors choose venues like airports, major intersections: very public locations?
