I really like case 5 as well, I disagree with some of the complaints about it, it was a little rushed and could have been better but it was definitely solid.

What veggies are good other than broccoli? And what seasonings do you use?

Brussel Sprouts, asparagus and sliced carrots are the main others i've tried. (Honestly I'm not a big vegetable person and straight up don't like a lot of them unless they are crispy).

For seasoning Usually salt pepper, garlic powder and some random stuff from my cabinet. Alternatively just a spice mix, Costco's got a couple of good ones. I would follow me too closely on spices though because i don't have normal tastes for that.

Rip my health

They are so good though.

Honestly my main use is heating up cotsco chicken nuggets (The kirkland brand or Just bear), making crispy veggies (Just toss in a little bit of olive oil and some seasonings), corn dogs etc. More and more things are starting to come with air fryer instructions

Also good for reheating stuff in general that you want crispy, like pizza etc.

I don't have a ton of air fryer specific recipes though. Someone gave me a recipe for hard boiled eggs made in the air fryer that i've been meaning to try but havent yet

How's the staying power on this? Folks still playing?

I usually make it a rule not to buy games when they first come out, but this has the potential to be a game I might play a lot of. Or almost none of.

I've fallen off for now, but will likely go back at some point (Like I still go back to slay the spire at one point).

I unlocked all the decks so I've played it a good amount, my only real complaint is on the higher stakes you have to restart a good amount to get a decent run going

Dark mirror powers are almost completely maxed out now besides

Just making sure, you know that there is two colors to the mirror right

Ambrosia is basically the late-game nectar, its needed to do the later levels of relationships with the various npcs, which is needed to unlock some later story beats

I personally think the Thesius fight is harder than the hades fight.

Different aspects completely change how weapons feel though. I actually think base spear is probably my favorite base.

I play too many idle games. Like I think i've tried everyone mentioned here already lol

Heres some fun ones on steam that aren't super similar to what you like but might be worth checking out:
https://store.steampowered.com/app/1546320/Your_Chronicle/ is a fun one but its more a long term with downtime segments

https://store.steampowered.com/app/1593350/Increlution/ is as well although its more idle and not free.
(Basically think you are in a time loop but as you repeatedly do stuff you get faster and can get further into the loop, and after you do stuff enough you can automate the beginning of the loop but still need to manually do the last part)

Some other shorter ones
https://skynetsimulator.com/ kind of a hacking one where you grow by taking over other servers. Not very long, i think a couple hours at most. Arguably not really even an incremental game

I'm pretty sure theres like 5 versions of prestige tree but it looks like you are playing the rewritten version. I think https://ducdat0507.github.io/prestreestuck/ is supposed to be another good one

This site is good for these kind of incrementals https://galaxy.click/ I remember DodecaDragons being good as well. Theory of magic too but i'm not sure if thats different than magic research

Yes, Ace Attorney fans should play this! It's not perfect and it can't always hide that it's a low-budget indie title but it does a lot of things well and has more memorable story and characters than any other similar indie games I've played.

100%, in some ways I think its actually better than phoenix wright (Just not polish)

my memory of this stuff isr pretty bad

Im pretty sure the gems are basically just for unlocking cosmetic alterations to the home base, so they should be your lowest priority

There are a couple of functional gem upgrades iirc. Like I don't think you can get Fountain Rooms without them. But overall yea, gem is lowest priority for gameplay wise, but some things are neccessary for story unlocks.

But from what I remember:

Early on: Keys = Darkness > Nectar (One for each) > Gems > Blood > The rest

Mid to Late game: Blood > Darkness > Nectar/Ambrosia > Diamond > Gems >>>>> Keys

It's the market, not my views. "No one wants to live there, it's too expensive"

And I do realize about 95% of suburbans disagree with me and fully agree with you. That's why I NEED to talk about it, while you can comfortably choose to detach. I just feel for you since I obviously know how living in a suburb makes you think. The stockholm syndrome and psychology is super harmful, and it doesn't need to be.

I have everything I need within a 10 minute drive as well as 50+ restaurant options. In addition a car to drive to my family when needed etc.

And I live in florida so i'm 100% not walking to places in the summer.

Feel free to think that that's some awful living condition though

Such a weird thing to rest an argument on (and hilariously wrong). No one who lives in a shitty suburb thinks it's good. It's just the place with cheaper housing. The demand is always for the better designed (i.e. more dense and less car dependent) neighborhoods. All the suburbs that have those are blowing up right now, and of course developers want to build new ones.

I was going to argue but I simply don't care enough to get into an argument about this. I will just say you are 100% wrong about everyone wanting this and you really need to learn to stop projecting your views like it's everyone's views.

So fully legalize them. And stop using taxpayer money to subsidize the massive utility costs for inefficient land use. Then the market can figure it out

Nothing to do with legality, its like 20-30x as expensive to make and upkeep a parking garage. Its just a waste of resources in suburbs unless your at like a mall

foolm0r0n posted...
I said it was bad, not rare. It's a new development being planned in 2024. It should follow modern standards and acknowledge the housing supply crisis.

You are confusing modern standards with your made up "standards".

This is not a big city, you will need a car in the suburbs for the vast majority of people. If this was a big city sure, cars don't make sense.

I'd go further but i'm getting the impression you have never actually lived in a suburb

1.5 per residential isn't that much in a suburban area. I bet those folks end up fighting over spaces. I'm more bothered by the 4 per 1000 ft^2 of retail, because there is no way that much commercial property warrants 278 spaces. They could axe that entire extra lot along the south side.

The problem is the supermarket might not have enough parking without the southern lot (unless it's going to be mainly used by townhome people walking), and likely too much with it. It's also weird to have parking for it separated by a street like that. I feel like if they moved the commercial building attached to the supermarket to the lot below (and maybe expanded it to two buildings) both problems would be solved

Damn that's sooooo much surface parking. 1.5/unit residential is so stupid. Flex/office area looks terrible, 1-story buildings and 50% of the land is surface parking, and no walkability to there either. Just why? Is land so cheap on this plot that they can afford such poor land use? Mixed use and supermarket area looks sweet though. Could easily be a fully car-free community

Where do you live, this is super common in a ton of places. And i'm assuming this is a suburban area where "car-free" communities don't really exist.

foolm0r0n posted...
parking vertically

If you mean parking garages, parking garages are absurdly expensive compared to parking lots and should be avoided if not neccessary

It's a split home (I dunno what that's called where it's like a rowhome but you only share the building with one family)

A duplex?

foolm0r0n posted...
This seems wrong though, unless the green part is crazy huge. That's almost 500 townhouses. It would make sense with apartments cuz you can have 500-1000 in one building, but townhouses developments are usually like 80 units.

Based on his numbers its like 6ish acres of industrial+commercial combined. Even assuming 20 townhomes an acre, this is easily 5x more residential area

I played a few hours, really enjoy it.

I think i've gotten to ante 11 on 3 different runs but man i don't know how you get past it. I think you have to get 2 of the infinitely scaling jokers super early if I had to guess.

I do find this game a little start dependent though, like if i have bad shop choices after the first two fights i might as well restart (depending on starting deck)
