I'm more concerned that it's the most OBVIOUS waste of fucking money imaginable and that its also going to cost an OBVIOUSLY astronomical amount of money. I work in a surgeon's office and deal with a lot of old people

I've had athletes come in who I SWORE were 50. They're 75. Zero health problems. This has happened a bunch of times.

I think that this is more common than we know, we just assume these people are 50 when we see them walking around. I'm not afraid to get old if I take nutrition and training seriously.
