Theres prob a few details missing in this story and the VA can definitely blow. Basically makes it possible to buy a house in this day and age if you live in a high cost of living area and dont make $120k plus. Also fuckin lol at going to die or throwing your life away. I mean, my area has a you + 2 rule (you and max two unrelated roommates). Essentially with a growing population its a fuck you to landlords who own 4-5 bedroom houses and a fuck you to tenants who dont wanna pay $1000mo ( rather than $3k / 5) and have two empty bedrooms.
