Its not as bad as I thought from the vids on youtube. I could handle it with ease, the spiciness is perfect for me. The noodles have a great consistency but I like thinner a bit nooodles. I added some bonito flakes and it became tastier. Wish I ordered more of them. Cumin whole - taste like ground cumin obviously. Vindaloo spice mix - its allright, bit spicy but much. --- |

| FF_Redux 02/10/21 1:09:25 PM #12 | Asafoetida - Wow, another surprise. Yes this is the super pungant smelling spice, but the flavor is sweet and sharp, with only a hint of the pungant flavor, it leaves a hint of nice bitter flavor like beer does in the after taste. This is so fun. --- |

| FF_Redux 02/10/21 12:14:38 PM #6 | Dried curry leaves - Very mild flavor, reminds me of bay leaf but not as intense more creamier hard to explain, with a hint of citrus and in my mind earl gray or tea of some sort. First time. Fenugreek seeds - First time. Cool so this is the spice that gives the normal yellow curry powder mix you can buy from the stores the curry flavor, smells just like it. But the flavor was just bitter, I know you gotta prepare it to get those flavors out. --- |

| FF_Redux 02/10/21 11:58:26 AM #3 | Tasted this so far: MSG - not so tasty in flavor, feels weird since its pure umami flavor, interesting and cant wait to try it Green Cardemon - Tastes like our pastries here, we have cardemon in different buns and such, first time I tried it in pod form. Black Cardamon - Wow this was intense, similar taste to the green but a bit smoky and sour with a refeshing cooling sensation in your mouth like mint gives but its not minty. First time trying, love it! Bonito Flakes - first time trying, loving it! Perfect umami and saltiness with a bit of fish flavor. --- |

He is a top chef and is one of the judges in Swedish Masterchef, he is half Indian so its authentic. Then Im mostly gonna try out different stuff. Prob make vindaloo quite soon after. --- |

| FF_Redux 02/08/21 1:36:13 AM #1 | Bunch of stuff happened this dream. Started with me killing a zombie by chewing bits off his face and head, mind you it was very vivid. Then later met PewDiePie and hung oit for awhile, somehow he had lots of ppl at his house and my family was there with him. I saved some random baby climbing up stairs at the house, thought she was one if ours but it was from someone of his family. one of our kids who I didnt recognize sat on Marzia(his wife) and she started crying. Then we had a really intense car ride in snow, darkness and heavy traffic in small roads, it was scary, driver was unkown. Ended up at a house wiich was apparently my half Filipino nephews family, my mom almost told them Im gay but I didnt want them to inow since they were highly religios, they asked me how many girls have I had. Damn, it was so intense, more stuff happened but this was just a small bit of it. --- |
