It's the Pleiades, it's not a constellation (it's just a star cluster, or an 'asterism', found IN the Taurus constellation), and you can see 14 stars in the cluster today with the naked eye by simply getting away from light pollution and letting your eyes adjust to the dark. Also, the oldest known reference in text to the Pleiades star cluster comes from Chinese texts dated to ~2350 BC.I quoted that info from my friend verbatim. I'll pass on your corrections. There are myths about one sister being abducted, dead or in hiding. There WERE seven stars visible 100,000 YEARS AGO. | FurryPhilosifer 11/15/23 5:19:16 PM #5 | I have an Xbox Series X and while I love my games actually working as opposed to playing like glitchy slideshows, I kind of resent that I had to get the "premium model" for that to be a thing. I don't give a toss about 4K. But there were so many instances of games for the Xbox One that just did not work properly because they prioritised Xbox One X versions that I didn't want to take the chance on a Series S.
