Omg we found out today this guy was in a car accident two days before he was allegedly injured standing up after the arm of this chair broke. He told me be was in a car accident a year ago... Which he was but he conveniently left out he was in an accident TWO DAYS AGO. Give me a break.

Lol. Well now he screwed himself for any claim against the auto insurance for the accident and definitely hurt this claim. The only way I can see him being able to further pursue this is if he went to the ER or saw a doctor that either totally cleared him (not likely) or only diagnosed him with a cervical sprain/strain and absolutely no mention of any low back pain or injury. Then the lawyer could claim that this new accident caused a seperate identifiable injury, but then again it's not good to lie on your insurance claim lol.

If you're getting angry and upset over a message board, it is probably in the best interest of your own health to leave and block the site.

Jen, you've been an insurance adjuster for what a year maybe two and you didn't even go to school for it. I've been working with stuff like this for six and if included school, much longer. Sorry I disagreed with you. Like you even said, all the guy has to do is get a lawyer and a doctor that backs up his claims of injuries. He will not get a big payday, but the salon owners will be held partially liable for his injuries.

A lawyer could easily argue that the owners where being negligent by allowing and/or instructing him to continue using the chair. I know you disagree and I don't know all the facts of the case like you do, but that's my opinion of it on the limited information I have.

Hey I'm not saying he's entitled to millions of dollars or anything like that, but like you said medical care coverage up to the limit of the policy. If he wants more he can sue, but probably wouldn't get much more unless there were extensive soft tissue injuries.

If this guy even has a half decent lawyer it will be an easy win for him. Who knows if the guy is suffering from some type of mental disorder. He is 500 pounds ffs. As the business owner you have a responsibility to protect a customer from themselves when they are inside your store. Knowing that he has broken the chairs before, you can not tell him to continue using the equipment. You can either accommodate the individual, like using a waiting room chair, or tell them sorry, we don't want to take the risk of you hurting yourself by breaking the equipment.

If they instructed him to sit down in the chair, they absolutely are liable.

He does have some shared responsibility, but if the employees sat him down on that chair knowing that it would probably break, they are liable.

The salon owner and the employees there have a responsibility to speak up and tell him not to use the chairs. He is dumb for keep going back and sitting on their chairs, but the people working at the salon are worse and liable for letting it continue to happen. Fair, next. Pay SMT his money.

I have a buddy who dropped out in tenth grade, got his GED, went to community college, got his AA, and then transferred to a major state university. Ended up finishing college a year before everyone else in his class, and is doing just fine.

If you have a crockpot and like spicy food try this:

-4-5 pound bone in Boston butt cut of pork
-1 Jimmy Dean Hot sausage package or something similar (cook before putting in crock pot)
-1 can of chilis in adobe sauce (chopped)
-1 white Onion (chopped)
-crushed garlic cloves to taste (usually 4-5)
-1 can of beer

Shred the pork after 5 hours of cooking and you just made yourself a weeks worth of some good ass spicy pork for under $20.

Since the Wii U board is slow,

I'm currently unable to play two games (Super Mario Maker and Minecraft Wii U) due to it saying the update data is corrupted. Gone through the system settings and deleted the bad update and tried to redownload several times and getting the same error code (105-3865). I think it's the Wii U's HDD since I'm not using any external and was wondering if anyone has had a similar problem and if getting an external hdd would fix the issue.

Also my Splatoon game is crashing within 5 seconds of starting up and forces me to do a hard reset. Other games seem to be working and saving and was able to play Smash Bros online.

Any advice, tips, or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

Except nothing in that article seems to suggest that it's actually "helping" them, it's just sedating them. It's not like their condition is actually improving.

They're using CBD oil that doesn't get you high, but yes more than likely they're slowing down a hyperactive brain and allowing it to better function. They do state evidence of improved behavioral and communication skills, so yes that is an improvement of the condition. Overall, it is too early to tell a causal relationship between the two, but it is promising.
