No. They both use milk as a base ingredient and then add other ingredients (like bacteria for yogurt or enzymes for cheese) and use different production methods to make them something completely different. Cheese is also not really milk. It's formed by removing a specific aspect of milk (protein) from the compound as a whole.

Saying yogurt and cheese are the same is like saying wine and grape jelly is the same thing or beer and animal feed is the same thing.

Pizza has is made from dough, cheese, and tomatoes (though cheese was never part of the first pizza ever made), with no specific method identified for layering, and baked. Same basic ingredients and method of cooking for all types.

Final Fantasy 7, 8, and 9 shouldn't be on that list as even with a loose definition, none of them share the same setting or characters.

Example of a Final Fantasy trilogy: Final Fantasy XIII, Final Fantasy XIII-2, Lightning Returns.

Loose example: Final Fantasy Tactics, Final Fantasy XII, Final Fantasy XIV

At least those examples are connected in something other than the title.

Interesting. I wouldn't mind substituting ground beef with this plant-base meat. If I can satisfy my burger cravings while reducing my red meat intake, that's a win-win for me. Of course whether or not I'll get the proper daily nutrients intake is another question.

Why are vegans and vegetarians trying to turn plants into meat? Nobody is trying to turn beef into asparagus, chicken into soy, pork into lentils, or fish into avocados.

Perhaps someone can correct me on this but as a whole don't meat products have a larger footprint compared to that of plant food? Also, I'd imagine some vegans and vegetarians do miss the taste of meat but don't want to eat the real thing either due to health reasons or moral reasons. This substitute might be the closest thing for them. Overall, more options is rarely a bad thing in my opinion. I'm sure some folks want to eat the real thing while for some if the substitute is cheaper, taste the same, and have near equal nutrients, that is enough of a reason to switch over.

That, and with all the shit/hate vegans and vegetarians go through, why not hide the food in plain sight? That way you can still eat your burger at a party, and i) not get shit on for eating veggies, and ii) if someone eating meat notices the difference, then it's not as off-putting to see the "meat" in a familiar way. Who knows, they may even try it and like it. . .
