I'm more sick of stigmatization of people sharing their feelings about what is going on in their lives. Anyone with cognition and emotion has mental health. Mental healthcare is healthcare. It's all too common to let our mental health get to a critical/dangerous state before we seek treatment. Be a better person. |

My new boss is nice, kind of has a basic personality though. He told me he just bought a boat and likes to go fishing, and that he enjoys playing golf. I like the new team overall though. Are there any platform people on this board, it's definitely different than app development? I also had a laser appointment, so my face is all broke out right now. We are still together, but I moved teams. His wife and I are friendly now, and she has a boyfriend on the side, we alternate weekends with him. There have been talks about meeting the kids now. My nesting partner and I are still together, and are closer than ever. We also have a mutual girlfriend that we spend a lot of time with. Let me tell you something about having 3 partners, it's more relationship work and you rarely get time to yourself. That, or homemade. These are two options for sure. I've sent from a few local bakeries and candy shops here. I'm always looking for something new. I haven't really explored the national level. |

He thanks me again for the feedback, and was pleased I was one of the few on the team that was already had everything ready in Workday. I tried to get some feedback from him for improvement, but told me I was a rockstar and he would have to dig deep for constructive feedback. He said he would elicit feedback from my team lead to see if he can come up with something. I made it clear I'm seeking a title and pay bump, and he said I was an obvious choice for promotion. I think ya girl is getting paid here soon. |

I don't think people understand what it's like walking around all day with a fully kitted rifle, body armor, and 300-600 rounds of ammo strapped to you. Poor delicate women can't carry ammo without the help of men right? Why we still discuss gender differences like each is a monolith is beyond me. As if having testosterone as the primary sex hormone makes you automatically bigger and better at handling guns. |

I asked if their kid woke up in the middle of the night and started making a cake, would they tell the child cake can wait until morning and make sure they get some rest, or praise them for taking extreme ownership of their hunger? My manager and his boss thanked me for the candid feedback. |

I onboard and mentor. I lead ceremonies when called upon or when needed. I provide feedback that starts a difficult conversation, and suggest potential solutions. Doesn't hurt my team lead has nothing but kind words for me also. I'm hoping for a pay raise and a title bump. |

Not everyone South of the Ohio river is waiving Confederate (loser) flags around, but it's still America, so racism. *Edit* as if there isn't tons of reasons to dislike Chapelle. My favorite is he left The Chappelle Show saying he saw kids and white people imitating his jokes, including the racial slurs. Citing he stepped back to really reflect about the effects his jokes have on the black community. Only for him to return with even more harmful rhetoric and material targeted at a smaller marginalized group. It's either zero awareness, or completely hypocritical right? |

I always pee blood but it is microscopic, and is only picked up on tests (usually considered large quantity). The reason is because I have a benign disorder of the kidney that runs in my family called 'Familial Hematuria' or 'Thin basement membrane nephropathy'. visible blood, and it comes out in a few clots. Seems to be only after I climax though, so I'm thinking it's probably more related to that plumbing as opposed to the urinary one. |
