Depends on the lore and what's being gained by changing it vs what's being lost.

Personally whenever I see lore complaints about Fallout they come off as pretty nitpicky to me. But I'm sure if someone made a Mass Effect series that treated "L2" and "L3" as proficiency levels of Biotics rather than technological generations for their implants, I'd be annoyed >_>

Depends on the time period. Head to Jamaica during the golden age of piracy and they weren't exactly lying low down there. If someone were dead set on finding one, it wouldn't be hard to track them down and stake them out while they weren't at sea.

It's a difficult "battle" to analyze since the two factions operated on entirely different motivations and methods.

A pirate has little to no reason to ever get into a fight with ninjas. They want loot, and depending on the time period, to carve out their own little self-governing haven.

Ninjas would be unlikely to be going after "pirates" but rather a specific captain, crew, or ship.

Battle comes down to who is the aggressor and where it's taking place. I could see either "side" winning. Though I'd give the edge to ninjas only because their objectives would probably be, by nature, more simple and easy to achieve. Assassinating one guy or burning down a docked ship at night vs taking out a whole ship or fortress for plunder.

Religion is the main villain. This is why in the next game, chaste nun Yuna ditches her puritan summoner habit for the booty shorts of sexual liberation.

Idk man, Sarevok and Raphael I feel are hard, but manageable as long as you pay attention to the mechanics.

House of Grief is a pain in the ass because you start at a terrain disadvantage for their darkness spam but as long as you dont end your turn inside a darkness cloud it shouldn't be impossible.

I did cheese Cazador with a sunlight cast out of combat but that's because I think the game bugged and wouldn't give me the "help" action when I tried to free Asatrion while playing normally. >_>

In retrospect Maximus was a bit weird. He oscillates between competent rookie with a chip on his shoulder to helpless dumbass every other scene. Thought he was gonna pick up after he had that moment with the raiders trying to take his power armor, but he just kept being meh. >_>

I don't hate him, but he's easily the weakest of the three so far, which is a shame because I think the actor does a decent enough job with what he's given.

Honestly I think it's fine. Story is kinda bad but it scratches a similar itch as 3 for me, where I just enjoy exploring the setting.

Sci-Fantasy Epic gave players a choice between multiple endings for the story. Now Sci-Fantasy Epic 2 is coming out, how should the writers handle the open-ended nature of the previous game?

A) Just pick one of the endings and build off of that one.
B) An amalgamated "compromise" story that takes pieces from all the endings.
C) All roads lead to Rome. The player's choice doesn't matter because with a big enough time skip all the endings could've ended up at this new story.

Depends on what intel we have about the Empire's intentions and how much time we have to react. (How fast does a Death Star even travel? Lol)

The ability to blow up a whole goddam planet is grave enough that I think the sacrifices would be a tragic necessity, granted that we knew the Empire was going to use that power anytime soon.

Ideally I'd prefer rebel bases to start getting moved off inhabited planets and stage rescue attempts for as long we could afford before an innocent civilization gets caught in the crosshairs.

I think one thing that gets unappreciated in modern yugioh is that the game is far more conducive to absolutely stupid bullshit chicanery than it was in the DM era.

The show was filled with that stuff, and to me that was a big part of the appeal, but the irl game wasn't very good at approximating it for a long while. >_>

Seems interesting, makes sense from a bean-counter's perspective. Makes me curious how prevalent moral puratinism is in casual anime consumers, or where these people that are complaining are even watching the shows.

Back in the 90s and 00s when cable was still the best option to get an audience I can sort of see it. But with the advent of streaming I can't imagine that worries about cigarettes and sexy poses are something that's seriously considered for the overseas market. >_>
