I think I've beaten the game twice, and I used the same characters for the most part in both playthroughs.. I don't think the game is like FE7 where it's easy to use different characters.. or is it?

Also, I see Subway took off the Oven-Roasted Chicken breast from the $5 menu.. guess they finally realized what's up, that thing was by far the best and most filling $5 footlong they offered.. so easy to customize with sauces and what not, good bang for your buck

So the equation for elasticity is E = %changeQuantity / %changePrice

How do you calculate the % change for each?

I learned 2 methods, the midpoint method and this other method which is (q2-q1)/q2 divided by (p1-p2)/p2

midpoint is (q2-q1/average of the two) divided by (p2-p1/average of the two)

So which one is used to calculate % change?

So Monday I lifted weights (a decent amount, but didn't go too hard), but it was the first time I lifted in like 3 months.

So I expected after resting Tuesday, I'd be ready to get back at it today. However, my muscles are still sore today. Should I lift today, or should I let my muscles rest? Is it harmful to lift while sore?

I'm on winter break from college and I'm looking to lift. I was in good shape over the summer, doing crunches and pushups and running not really lifting though and I still am in pretty good shape, but the results kinda faded away over the first semester.

So any tips for a lifting regimen? How often should I work out? Should I do cardio also? Should I drink protein or whatever after working out starting tomorrow or as soon as possible?

FIrst semester of college and about to start studying for my first finals week. I've done group studying for some exams over the course of the semester. In HS I studied by myself for finals and such.
