Pretty excessive but then again you can kill as many people as you want in Canada and not get sentence any higher then life, 25 years parole. You also should keep in mind some people get dui by drinking the night before and not having the alcohol out of there system the next day. Would you consider that worth being put in jail for a year with a 5 year driving ban? |
