There's been a lot of overlap with my list in this topic so far, but I'm pretty upset that I seem to be totally alone on Sound Euphonium, it's such a masterpiece. Do people actually disagree or is it just lower viewership here than I realize?I wasn't a huge fan of Sound Euphonium and I definitely always felt like that was an unpopular opinion. I really didn't like the melodrama in S2. I also haven't watched beyond S2, though. I think having that Blue Bird movie come next is putting me off. Akudama Drive is concepted from Kodaka (Danganronpa), but it was written by Kaiho (School-Live, Astra Lost in Space, Gunslinger Stratos).I rarely check anime staff positions, so I didn't know the same guy did Akudama and School-Live. I really liked Astra too! That probably means I should check out Gunslinger Stratos, but the anime has a 6.05 on MAL lol. Akudama Drive is the Danganronpa anime right?I think it was made by the Danganronpa creator, not sure if there's any actual story connection between the two though. Something I didn't include that wouldn't make the Top 10 at this time, but would criminal for me to leave off the honorable mentions: Rascal Does not Dream of Bunnygirl Senpai. I have a lot to catch up to with this one though, so it's possible it could shake things up whenever I do get to the rest of it.Rascal would've been 11th on my list, so it just barely missed out! I've only seen up to the first movie so there's a chance it could rise in my ranking too. Only watched 1 episode of Duke and Death and his maid. I really couldn't stand the whole "I'm not touching you" joke, and I couldn't suspend my disbelief concerning how foolish the maid's behavior was given the premise.This bugged me early on too, like she'll literally die if she touches him yet she constantly hovers an inch away. Then, a few episodes in, they had a snowball fight and the maid was doing some Matrix-style impossible dodges. Like they even reference The Matrix even though the show is set in the olden days lol. Finally got around to some Spring stuff, watched the first couple eps of all of these (and 3 of Train):-I kind of agree with your Tonari thoughts. I'm enjoying it a lot, but I felt like it bounced around a bit too much and introduced too many characters too fast. Still a great anime imo. It might be less of a problem now that most characters have been introduced. They could start having longer stories too. -Train, for me, has been kind of hit or miss. I actually disliked the third episode, I hate the trope where -Sad to see you disliking Voice Actor Radio so much.
