well you shouldnt drive with interior lights on. It reduces visibility. Thats why the bridge on a ship switches to night mode, and pilots dont fly with all the lights on.... Also why instruments are generally backlit in a vehicle to reduce unnecessary light.

thats horrible. Moderations that are appealed should have some type of commentary when upheld. It would help keep genuine posters from repeating a mistake.

I do understand. However, in cases of an ambiguous moderation, the moderator should be leaving a note to the user explaining why it was deleted. I know that doesnt always happen though.

There are some cases i wish i could provide a response to a user, but that function no longer exists... And the new system is generally much quicker to reach resolution.

Its been like that for around 2 years. It was announced when the system changed.

This is my understanding of it. Steak only needs the surface to be cooked, allowing things like "blue rare" to be a thing. But ground beef mixes everything together, so everything has to be cooked.

The process of grinding the meat down means a lot more surface area, which makes it more susceptible to bacteria growth.

That's where I got my first turntable and amp. They're both long gone now though.

I went through a classic stereo phase not long after high school and bought up a bunch of old Sansui, Pioneer and kenwood receivers as well as several sets of speakers. I sold most of it off for a small profit, but i kept 3 sets of speakers and 2 receivers.

Between moving several times and then having a small child, its been about 15 years since i last had it all set up. The speakers are about an 8 foot stack in the corner of the garage and the receiver im hoping to restore hasnt seen the light of day since 2008.

I really need to pull my turntable and amp out of storage and get them restored. The turntable just needs a drive belt but the receiver needs a pretty thorough overhaul (its from the mid 70s)

However i only use it when im making 2+ cups of rice. For most dinners i make 1-1.5 cups in a pot on the stove (easier to clean)

Rom Di Prisco is my favourite composer that worked on Need for Speed.

I absolutely loved the soundtracks on the first five games.

I paid more than i care to admit for my house, but it has gone up by about 500k in the last 4 years.

My 10 year was several years ago and i skipped it. My son was like a month or two old and i lived an hour away. Wouldve been too much of a hassle.

Plus anyone i cared about in high school is on facebook so why do i need to catch up with them? I know what theyve been up to.
