Don't get your nutritional advice from CE.

Start utilizing a free food diary site like fatsecret or myfitnesspal. Get a week or two of data of your normal eating habits/weight fluctuations/overall physical activity, then share this with your doctor and express that you're struggling to lose weight. They may offer guidance if they're trained in nutrition at all, or they may refer you to a dietician to hone in on what changes you can make. If after following that guidance you're still struggling, bring this up to your dietician and doctor both. From there it might be exploring options with an endocrinologist while you further tweak your diet and meal plan to explore things like insulin resistance, metabolic disorders, etc.

Today wasnt a good day for anything Smash-related but it would be great if we could play tomorrow or in the coming days, whenever you are available.

My schedule is pretty flexible right now, so Smash should be easier these next few weeks. Im a new Professor and, while I have some prep work to do for my courses this semester and also need to wrap up my Ph.D. dissertation, most of my class planning has been handled and my first day of class isnt until Aug. 28th. Things will heat up then since Ill be on-campus teaching and doing other things as well. But in the meanwhile hopefully I can get some good Smash rounds in with other CE fellows.

Not sure when Ill be available today. Still working out at the gym and I might do a bit of swimming afterward. That said, Id very much like to see your Zero Suit Samus sometime. Always like seeing how others play my main.

I still need to look into the low latency mod. Is it widely used yet? I know both players need to have it, otherwise the person using it has an unfair frame advantage.
