Ridge and Blue Chew are both of those companies that spam youtubers for sponsor deals. They were basically asking if you use youtuber's sponsors to make your purchasing decisions.

ah, i guess he didn't notice that i posted a knockoff of the ridge wallet that costs a quarter of the price.

bitrate represents the density of data in a digital media format. mp3s and other popular listening formats are encoded from original files which involves compression and the loss of some of the original information. for the most part this is able to be done by dropping information which doesn't affect your listening experience. but the higher the bitrate (and other factors), the more of the original data is retained.

It carries cash very well. More often than not I don't have cash on me these days, but I've many times carried in the range of 5+ bills at a time, twice folded so they fit neatly to the shape of the wallet, with zero concern that anything was insecure. The strap has plenty of tension without being a pain to get anything in or out from under, it's actually really easy. There's also the clip option instead of the band which seems fine too.

I'm pretty convinced that this, and presumably many of the other, knockoff Ridge clones are not only the exact same design but same quality components, just for way less than the Ridge which has marketing everywhere.

I read plenty of reviews back then, and the only thing I remember some of the cheapest knockoffs lacking was beveled edges where the two sides meet together, which is important so your cards slide in easily. Mine and I'm sure most or all of the others in the ~$20 range have them.

this thing. daily carry for over 2 years now, it's flawless. it's the ridge wallet but for a fraction of the price.
