It's insane that so many people advocate for wages that don't allow someone to live without the threat of eviction or going hungry. If the problem is unemployment paying more than employers then maybe employers should value workers more and stop lining the pockets of CEOs. Workers aren't "entitled" for taking more money for less work, that's just being smart. If this happened 30 years ago and the biggest billionaire celebrity's backstory involved earning money on unemployment, all the internet jackoffs would be creaming themselves over how smart they were to earn more money doing less work. I had already had covid back in November and the nurse informed me that my first shot might give me more severe side effects as opposed to getting them after the second shot. I was fine the day I got the shot, bit of a sore arm but the second day I had trouble focusing at work so I left after about 4 hours. Later in the evening I began to get some fever/chills but I was fine by the next day. I got mine slightly earlier than expected. My county was about to move into my phase but they contacted my employer and said we could add our names to a list if we wanted to get calls near the end of the day to make use of any unused doses. I did that and got the call the day after I went on the list.
