From a political standpoint I actually thought it was a really interesting decade. It was basically the 2000s but on steroids, things are even MORE polarized now and people are actually doing something about it. I'm worried the 2020s will end in an actual civil war.

From a personal standpoint, I finished high school in 2012, I got my undergrad degree in political science eventually in 2017, and I am set to finish my Masters come 2020. I had a lot of good times, crazy parties, experiments, actually getting laid and stuff, it was pretty cool. I did have some issues with bi polar disorder but I got on pills for that in mid 2015. The bad was pretty bad but the great was AMAZING. All in all, it was one hell of a decade, I think personally the 2020s will be a bit more mild for me in comparison.

2011-2018 I had sexual relations with at least 2 people each year, some years I had sex with like 10 different people.

I guess I've just been so busy with work and grad school I haven't really had as much time to socialize though I had grad school last year and I still banged two chicks. I also really am not as motivated to have casual sex anymore, and I wasn't in a good situation to be in a serious relationship this year since I plan on moving out of state in 2020.

The decade ends the way it began, sexless.

The Republicans will take over the house in the midterms because fuck knows, they will impeach Biden for literally no reason, the GOP will take over government again, they will destroy the environment, cause another recession or even a depression. Immigrants will get blamed for all of this, and we will become a one party state based on nationalism. My friend from college is like a hard core socialist, works in the DSA, etc. And he was telling me Warren is a Neo Conservative and when I argued that it wasn't fair to call her that he got angry and told me to actually look at her foreign policy stances.

Am I just ignorant or is Warren a Neo Con? I always thought she was like just a normal liberal, maybe slightly to the left of how Obama governed.

I finish my Masters (MS) in Political Science in June. It's been hard but I really enjoy what I'm studying and have had a lot of fun despite the stress. Not sure what I am going to do job wise but I think I'll figure something out.

I went into a city subreddit that I am interesting in moving to and I was asking about the state's medical marijuana program. I just wanted to know if it was like California before they legalized weed and everyone could get it or if it was a more restrictive program like they have in some states. I did google it before hand but the information was unclear to me what the rules were so I thought I'd ask people who actually lived in the city/state to get a first hand understanding of it.

I mean I get I could google it more but I just figured what's the point of reddit if we can't have threads like this? Why not just delete reddit from the internet and just hang out on google search >_>
