The marinade and the way I handled the meat made it very flavorful, the lettuce and rice is needed to mellow out the flavors. You have no idea what you are talking about. LOL, I marinate stuff all the time. Indian food uses marinade a LOT and are very saucy dishes. BTW I never balked at the use of lettuce - Shaky Beef is a similar dish that uses lettuce and is delicious. I'm not why you're so butthurt because you screwed up one dish.
