| Roman Niucumir 08/04/17 4:03:06 PM #99 | I've had pretty much nothing but good experiences with the chain restaurants I've been to, and I'm surprised to see some of my favorite chains get mentioned (except Arby's, since it seems to be the 'in' thing to hate Arby's). But tc, have you been to Little Caesar's? I like having their food on occasion (especially their cheesy bread), but if I were honest with myself I'd admit that their food is pretty low quality. Worse, in fact, than Panda Express food, which has been pretty good in my experience. |

People (usually grammar nazis) who resort to the "THIS IS HOW IT SHOULD BE BECAUSE THIS IS HOW IT USED TO BE!" pretty much miss the entire point of how language works (and are straight up objectively wrong and somewhat hypocritical, considering they're usually delivering that argument in English, which may be the most bastardized language to ever exist on Earth). That, and they seem to never argue for going back to Old English, much less Proto-Indo-European. ... This has been my derpy add-on to your well thought-out post of the day. |

Though most of what I drink is water, I always prefer to spend money on soda (or juice, etc.) over plain bottled water because I can get tap water from home or (most) water fountains. I'd understand buying bottled water more if I lived in an area where tap water tastes terrible (or catches fire O.O). Flavored water (sparkling or not), though, I might buy on occasion. Though I'd never buy or drink 'sparking' water if I could help it :p |
