He made politics seem incredibly shit all around, like both sides were dreadful, and didn't let Biden make any good points. The way Trump wins is through apathy because he would have been thrashed last time if young people had voted in the same numbers as older people or even as much as they have in past elections. Even more so with Covid going on, Trump discouraging mail-ins and people not wanting to be going out to vote. --- Perhaps the golden rock was inside us all along. |

I don't think the percentage of casually racist people is very different to most other similarly developed/diverse countries. However, where it does differ is in the power racists have. They are everywhere in places of power, due to the institutions being inherently racist until very recently relative to many other countries (and of course even though they aren't required to be, they often still are). It doesn't help that education in America is so awful for so many, and it just allows racist beliefs to fester. --- Perhaps the golden rock was inside us all along. |
