Topic	Have you ever forgotten your own birthday?

I sure as heck have never forgotten my birthday. And nowadays, with social media and various other places that might remind you of it, it would be even more peculiar to forget it. Topic	If you could automatically be good at something, what would you want it to be?

I would love to be able to draw, animate, sing, speak multiple languages, write the next Harry Potter, or play whatever song I felt like on random instruments and would take any skill, but I would like to get better at learning so I can do it all even if it took more time. When I was a kid I did well in school, I was reading small chapter books by kindergarten and was excited when we finally were allowed to check out nonfiction books from the library, I was doing algebra in elementary school, and I loved it. But school was mind numbingly easy. Until it wasn't. After years of being able to just look at a problem and know the answer we finally started getting into things I didn't know or couldn't fully grasp within a class period and I had no idea what to do with myself. Or when showing work became more of a focus and a large part of the grade and I had to convert my just looking at a problem and knowing the answer into proofs and paperwork. That made even less sense to me. I began to suck at school. Which made me check even more. I still like learning new things, but I lack the studying techniques and focus to really master any specific skill. But I have basic skills and general knowledge in a lot of different areas. Interesting. Learning is a great skill. Topic	If you could automatically be good at something, what would you want it to be?
Tails 64 07/26/20 12:54:04 PM #1	Personally, I think it would be neat to be able to sing well. Or, in my case, at least not sound like a dying horse. It seems like fun even if you're alone, and it's even better with other people around to enjoy.
