I feel like there is an almost impressive kind of arrogance in believing that you get to decide "the point" of a creative work, not the creator of it.

Some of you just seem so short sighted about the potential of teleport at will using the no chance of failure if you have an object from a location rule and the ability to bring objects in sight back with you.

I have zero issue with a trilogy of high quality games telling one long story being released over the course of several years.

That definitely has some cool potential. I'm guessing as you progress you go back and forth to the future, bringing back more powerful weaponry as things get fixed/improved by your actions.

Being able to immediately teleport home at will from anywhere on the planet with up to eight other people or any object that you can see that fits in a 10x10 cube is already such an insanely awesome power that I can't believe that wouldn't be good enough for some of you.

But this has slippery slope written all over it.

I don't think late term abortions should be used as birth control. I think birth control should be used as birth control, and if birth control fails or isn't used then early term abortions should be available. Women should not wait eight months and put their bodies through what pregnancy does before having an abortion for an unwanted pregnancy, and why would they?

I am one of those extremists who thinks that women should be able to have an abortion at any time they want until birth.

I didn't say you legally couldn't, I said it's weird as fuck.

I get the reasoning behind the ruling but it raises some big questions that definitely seem like would kill the industry in the state. Would fertilized embryos have to be stored literally forever? Surely a parent can't give consent for their child to be killed under Alabama's laws. Also it seems like the clinic in question could be gone after for some kind of negligence but the actual wrongful death should need to be pinned on the person who actually did it.
