A recent story is Lana Rhoades beat up Adriana Chechik. He kicked Lana out of the agency and tried to end her career. It didn't work out she is even more popular than ever.

Adria Rae wrote a blog on this months ago. Among other things asked her to get an abortion so she can keep getting work. She did and got fines for not making shoots while she recovering from the abortion.

I asked my friend, who's gf is a school teacher, why it seems schools turn such a blind eye to bullying.

The response was that basically they are powerless to stop cyber bullying, and kids these days have phones and social media and can't escape it. If physical or verbal bullying happens, schools will step in but that's not how kids bully these days. It's all online.

And they simply don't have the resources to combat cyber bullying. Sad state of affairs, but that's the way it is.

There was actually story a couple days ago that involve no cyber bullying it was all in person. Here is the article since the topic is gonna purge tomorrow if no one posts in that other topic.

The parents of a 12-year-old girl who killed herself are suing a New Jersey school district for not doing enough to protect their daughter. WABC reports Mallory Grossman's parents filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the Rockaway Township Board of Education and its staff. The lawsuit states that Mallory Grossman was relentlessly taunted in the weeks leading to her suicide on June 14, 2017. "When are you going to kill yourself?" bullies allegedly asked in text and Snapchat messages. Other cruel messages allegedly read: "You have no friends," "fat," "jiggly," and "poor Mal." Dianne Grossman said she and her husband repeatedly contacted school officials to tell them of the bullying, but that the school's response was inadequate.

According to NJ.com, the family alleges not only did the school fail to enact policies to comply with the state's anti-bullying statute, but officials also advised them not to file a formal complaint under the law. Instead, the lawsuit states, officials suggested Mallory Grossman eat lunch in a guidance counselor's office to avoid bullies. She was also allegedly forced to hug one of her tormentors as an apparent attempt at reconciliation. "The school had a very basic obligation: to keep (its) young students safe," attorney Bruce Nagel said. "I really want schools to understand the gravity of what has happened. Mallory is not a 2-minute news story. She is our daughter and she's forever gone," Dianne Grossman said. "Our family is forever changed because they chose not to put systems in place, they chose not to protect her, so I want other school systems to learn from this and to start making immediate changes within their buildings." Diane Grossman said those who harassed her daughter still have not been punished. "We know that the poor behavior and poor decisions these kids make has not changed," Dianne Grossman said. "They do not believe ultimately that they are responsible for it."

In another recent incident, a boy pulled at her bra strap. Coughlin and Coughlins mother complained to school officials, who said they would talk to the offenders. Officials told them other students also reported Ellizabeth was being bullied, Coughlin said. But it didnt help, and Coughlin doesnt understand why nothing could be done, she said.

And this is, like, the ultimate consequence for me because I still have to live with the pain of her being gone every day, and I miss my baby.

Coughlin said she and her mother had talked to school officials at Franklin Middle School about Ellizabeth being bullied, but they said not enough was done. The School District of Janesville said it could not comment on specific cases, but in a statement said: "The School District of Janesville has a long established bullying prevention policy, and our staff work hard to model respectful behavior and ensure that students treat each other politely and in a caring manner. To be clear, school teachers, administrators, and staff would certainly investigate and take action if any bullying in school was reported and substantiated. However, we absolutely need the help of friends, family, and other trusted adults to extend anti-bullying efforts beyond the school day and buildings. She said its now her mission to make sure this tragedy doesnt happen to others, and shes encouraged by all the people who have reached out to help her make a difference.

Last month, he lost in court: The ruling is the latest chapter in a series of cases that have highlighted New Hampshire's computer-facilitated sex law, which critics say is outdated and wielded too freely in cases involving teenagers. "The laws were enacted to prevent young people from becoming close with old people because there was concern they were using their age to become close, groom them, and convince them they were in love," said Wendy Walsh, a professor and researcher at the University of New Hampshire's Crimes against Children Research Center. "You need to have something on the books, but these cases are so complex and are so individual and have so much variation that ideally there would be more context behind some of the laws."

It should be clear that when legislators first criminalized online solicitation of minors in 2008, their intention was to prevent much older people from grooming kids for sex. Teens expressing sexual interest in each other isn't weird or abnormal, and it certainly shouldn't be a crime. If the court won't intervene, then the legislature should hurry up and fix its mistake. Keep in mind that there's little evidence the sex offender registry helps keep people safe. On the other hand, there's plenty of reason to believe it shatters the lives of the people who end up on it: They face serious difficulty finding housing, securing jobs, and interacting with young people.
