It's less that they would care about the deformity, and more that he is known as handsome and cool, so hides it to keep his reputation.

i guess but it seems kind of weird for it to be such a big deal. Its not really that out there from other characters on whole cake island, which is why Im confused as to Why it affects his reputation.

The action peaked pre.time skip and most of it's never reached said peaks again. Hell Luffy vs Katakuri was not only one of the worst fights ever in OP but one of the worst I've ever seen in general.

Doeasnt help that sanji and zoro haven't been in a serious 1v1 worth a damn since Enies Lobby. Although I haven't read much into Wana yet.

Luffy vs Katekuri is 100% asspull plot armor, but it was still an amazing fight. Wano should be Zoro's arc since its the birthplace of the samurai.

Because tragic backstory.
