I don't know about that. I doubt the SNES CD add-on would have succeeded, given how badly the Sega CD did.

Way ahead of its time. Even the author wont let mainstream media take advantage of it. I love Bill Waterson so much.

A lot of the strips are actually MORE relevant today than they were when they were first written, like the one where Calvin says that he knows more about the private lives of celebrities than he does about any government policy that will actually affect him.

Is Calvin and Hobbes really that good, or do most comic strips suck, so it just looks better by comparison?

I FINALLY started Cowboy Bebop the other day, because I heard it was amazing, and the English dub is the best ever. And, I'm going to be honest, I don't think the dub is that good. I'm sure it was considered really good back when it first aired, but it's not that good by today's standards.

Don't get me wrong, I like the voice acting from the main cast of Cowboy Bebop just fine. Its the voice acting from the minor characters Im iffy on. Like, in the second episode where Abdul Hakim enters a bar, and the bartender has a VERY stereotypical Asian accent.

I think the dub for Baccano is the best dub I've ever seen (heard?). I've only watched two episodes so far, but EVERY single performance in the dub is spectacular. It's like watching an old gangster movie.

I don't think so. All the dumbass rural Texans voting for Abbott don't experience running water or electricity anyway.

I mean, the people who live in cities are the ones most affected by power outages, and they'd vote blue regardless. It's the rural areas that aren't affected that vote red.

I don't know about anyone else, but I'm tired of worrying about whether the power will stay on every winter and summer. I'm going to remember this when I vote in November.

Finding alternate ways of playing a game, whether by doing a self-imposed challenge, or just playing a game differently than it was intended, are a good way of spicing up games you've played hundreds of times.

I'll start with the 30 Melon Challenge in Yoshi's Story, where you try to get all of the 30 Melons in each level, and NO OTHER FRUIT. It's basically like Hard Mode for the game. Particular Mushroom has a video that goes into more detail.

I don't get why Jar Jar is so hated. Honestly, he's the LEAST of the prequels' problems. A bigger problem is the fact that the dialogue is so bad that you wonder if George Lucas has ever even heard two humans have a conversation.
