Even if you went physical I'm pretty sure GTA V is larger than the maximum storage of a switch cartridge so the game would have to be partially if not entirely installed to the system regardless of if you had it physically. And that's assuming they shipped multiple cartridges for it. 32 GB cartridges are certainly a possibility considering Skyrim Remastered is a thing. GTA V can work with some tinkering and downgrading. The Switch version of Skyrim might be based on the PS3/360 version instead of the PS4/Xbone version. Just sayin'. It's Bethesda we're talking about here. You can tell by the foliage and stuff that they're probably using SE as the base.
