Whenever my bosses get too uppity I like to bring him back down to earth, and if there is any hiring goin this is my go to tactic. Just make a bunch of applications with my fake people and schedule interviews that they obv never show up for. I like to try to get them all in the same day too because I notice it hits them a lot harder when it is "when it rains it pours" day rather than when I trickle it throughout the week. But man when one of those days comes around they learn real quick that they in fact ain't shit.

I dont know why you need a thousand watt PSU with that setup.

I had to buy a new PSU as the connector on the new motherboard and my old PSU weren't compatible. Figured may as well go for 1000w if it was only $139 for it.

In old school RPGs people were talking to everyone they could see.

That's not the case today anymore, and if they do, they spam the A button to skip the text. Myself included.

As a kid, more or less anyone in class had Pokemon Red or Blue, and everyone of us was able to get HM05 Flash even without guides or internet or whatever.

"Random ass NPC at random ass location in the world gives you key item you may need" simply doesn't work that good anymore.

EDIT: And to be fair, it's some really bad kind of fake difficulty. Getting lost because you didn't remember random NPC X68A, who gives you the hint that the assistant of the professor (random NPC B67H) waits for you at some house in somewhere somewhere isn't hard, but simply missable.

Also, games are too large I think for that to work. Not knowing where youre going when the map isnt too huge is one thing. Not knowing where youre going in a map like Cyberpunk? Yeah, fuck that.

What the Japanese army did to others is irrelevant and shouldnt dictate strategy. However, we were looking at a culture that doesnt believe in surrender and the prospect of invasion where all civilians would be required to defend the island. Why send out boys to the grinder when we have a weapon that is the ultimate shock and awe and would even make this no surrender culture pause and think.

I always tip 15% in dine in restaurants.

What fucking pisses me off is many fast food like locations asking for a tip. Coffee at Starbucks? They ask for a tip.

While true, games were harder back then in general.
The developers started with a "make it harder so people will pay more coins in the arcade" mentality which evolved into a "make it harder to prevent people from completing the game in one rental" one.

I heard about that. I can see that in fighters or racing games but for example Ocarina of Time whie it gives hints generally leaves you to figure damn near everything on your own. Games like dont have the arcade aspect to it.

You should try the older Elder Scrolls games.
You should visit this cave, which I believe is SouthWest somewhere.
Some times the NPCs are totally wrong.

Flashbacks of a heavily modded Morrowind comes to mind. I also enjoy that you have to pick certain factions that would lock you out of other factions vs Oblivion and Skyrims you can join all mentality.

my point of view may be limited since Im playing RPGs but god damn man. These older games just made you figure shit out on your own. No mercy. Compared to modern games where you have a quest marker telling you where to go. Even during puzzles, modern games make it easier.
