| Yaridovich 09/15/17 8:13:55 PM #23 | I guess I like the SNES version better. Listen to :15 on the Genesis version. It's that kind of high-pitch that I dislike from the system. TO BE FAIR, however, I am aware that a lot of games DON'T have that kind of pitch and I do enjoy game music from Sonic, Phantasy Star and Streets of Rage 2 but even they have that very specific Genesis 'sound'. Somebody else in the topic described technically very well the difference between the two so I now understand why each system sounds like they do. I have nothing against the Genesis' sound and do like quite a number of games on the console, but for aforementioned reasons I'll always prefer the SNES. --- Talk about backseat fishing http://i.imgur.com/VqWjuCs.png |
