Honestly? Hard to tell which ones aren't most likely just someone's alt. Truth is that most people consider this site outdated in the face of wikis & video guides, which is a shame, because thanks to all those bounties back in the day, GameFAQs is easily the largest single database for video game help on the internet, especially for older games.

I'm playing this on 'rogue' mode. I only ever made one alt, & have mostly neglected it over the years.

No seriously, I don't get why people feel entitled to just confiscate the works of others, simply because they don't like the creators as people. If you don't like Rowling's takes, that's fine, but the notion of just being able to take someone else's work simply because you don't like them is such an insanely loaded take with such easy abuse, I don't know how anyone beyond the most shortsighted or simple minded of persons could unironically even entertain the idea in any semblance of a serious manner.

They say they're not eliminating political discussions, but confining all political subjects to one board that has been walled off, is all but explicitly just that. Can't say I completely blame them, though; political topics are easily the most likely to stir up drama.

I'm just going to assume you've botched the ordering here, to express that I've always felt that the OG Xbox was mostly the pinnacle of what you really needed graphics to ever be, & that anything else would mostly be a line of diminishing returns that should be reserved for flagships (Mario, Final Fantasy, GTA, etc.) & ambitious passion projects (Elden Ring & Cyberpunk 2077). The notion that every game needs to essentially be a 4K, 120 FPS open world, is one of the major sources for exacerbation of "crunch" related practices & over inflated budgets that supposedly can't make profit, even with massive sales..

Yeah, I know I should be a fan of this, but it really annoys me how quickly some games go on sale almost after release. The first one that really caught my attention was when Sonic Frontiers did the exact same thing so close after launch. It just straight up confirms my sentiments that games don't really need to cost $60, much less $70, & publishers only do them because they know they can, & to exploit the 'FOMO' of their "sales". If you've ever paid any extended attention to Steam & most other digital stores, you realize that a lot of games go on "sale" so often, they should basically just make the sale price the default.

PS3 & PSVita servers were supposed to shutdown, but Sony extended them after enough people complained. Can't be ignored that it's gotten progressively more inconvenient to use them though, such as no longer even being able to make an account directly from the PS3. They'll mostly likely just shut them down more discreetly, when they finally pull the plug

Though really, I don't know where or how people got this absurd mentality that game servers were just going to run forever, especially ones tied to game consoles. The PS2 severs closed, the Xbox servers are gone, the Dreamcast servers ended, & most MMO that don't have private servers are gone. I think Nintendo should strive for a "two generation policy", or 15 years in more definite terms, I just can't understand how so many people are so shocked when a server shuts down, especially for a relative failure like the Wii U.

Basically just remove the fractional nature from America's currency scale? You can just multiply everything by 100, & essentially wind up with the same scale point as Japan.

Current lore has Kenny placed as a cursed immortal who is self aware of his own powers, that he killed himself to escape a nightmare dimension & then shot himself, to simply "fast travel" to his bed. There's no practical reason to not take it.

I'm fine with most difficulties, so long as it doesn't feel like the foundation of the challenge is simply 'trial & error' or painstakingly grinding resources/skills/etc, just to stand a reasonable chance.

Tucker applied for the CIA at some point in his life and was turned down. Not sure how Putin came to know this bit of information, but it was mentioned as Putin was blaming the CIA for instability in Ukraine pre-invasion.

Yeah, the part about him applying for the CIA definitely caught my attention, mostly since I don't hear that come up much; don't even think John Oliver's story on him mentions that one, although the bit of him being heir to the "Swanson TV dinner empire" was hilarious.

I heard that Putin made fun of Tucker Carlson in the interview from my coworkers, but I don't want to watch the interview to check if what they said was true.

Insults Carlson's education, intelligence, profession, career, & that's all in just about the first 20 minutes.

I'm watching it, mostly so I can have valid criticisms regarding it beyond "Carlson Sucks", but just a little over 30 minutes in, & I can't believe Carlson is able to sit in an interview with someone who throws so many backhanded compliments at him. Also, the concept of "historical claims" is even more stupid than I already thought; I just want to see China make their own "historical claims" that following the same logic Putin is using here, would have a decent amount of weight.

Morally? Probably not. Objectively, as a means of demonstrating the overwhelming force the US could bring? Absolutely.

Regardless of how you feel, it's definitely for the best that everyone got a first hand look at how horrific nuclear weapons are, before the US & USSR could attempt to nuclear war, without the fear of what that entails.

Yeah, a lot of America's infrastructures almost always come back to "no one wants to spend the money". They're things everyone uses & considers valuable, but politicians & businesses are too cheap to spend the money on maintaining them, instead wanting someone else to foot the costs. Most of America's infrastructure won't see repair/replacement/improvement until the current setup is so near or completely collapses, they HAVE to.

From my understanding, this is basically the biggest counter for anyone who wants to challenge the US; most aren't stupid enough to believe they could beat the US military in direct combat, but cyber-warfare is a completely different story. Also why the Dark Web has a supposedly high Russian presence.

Seriously, console wars haven't seriously mattered since the days of PS2, Gamecube, & original Xbox. Ever since, the only real difference between Sony & Microsoft has mostly been their handful of first party titles, which aren't nearly as numerous or impactful as Nintendo's, & just have begun eventually winding up on PC anyway; then Nintendo who just does their own thing in the corner, ironically making themselves the only console that has any distinct value you can't immediately get anywhere else.

Y'know, I've never been able to comprehend the mentality of people who knowingly get involved with someone who is already involved. Unless it's just a fling/fetish, do they just not consider how long before they're on the other end of the equation, or just think they're so good that the proverbial "shoe" won't be on the other foot?

...That kid basically has no leg to stand on, in a trash talk competition.

To be fair, it may not be legally possible to charge women with rape, in some districts. Traditionally, "rape" is legally defined as vaginal penetration, usually with a penis; this is why "sodomy" exists as a separate legal distinction. Some districts have amended their laws to correct for this, while in those that haven't, a woman can only be legally charged with something like "sexual misconduct".

Just pointing out that besides the obvious social stigma, this is why you may not see women being explicitly accused of rape in articles like these.

It really weird that this is a statement of government officials. I get people love her, but the Swift obsession borders on excessive at certain points.

Ok, I guess I can understand some of the reasoning, but at this point, I have to question what they're even adapting, at the rate it's going. Seems like the simplest solution to this is to just be vague about how much time has passed over the series' production.

True, but outside of the manual & the relations to Gerald & Maria, it doesn't really come up too often, much like how Tails' name being Miles almost never comes up outside manuals, screen selects, & minor details like his wanted poster in SA2's Mission Street stage.

I mean, Sonic Adventure 1 basically implies the whole Eggman being a name from Sonic, but he's primarily referred to as Eggman, even personally, after that. I think most know that this was basically a result of consolidating the JP & US continuities, but Sonic Frontiers' Egg Memos are the first instance where it's explicitly confirmed that Eggman simply leaned into the name to flip Sonic's intent.

Honestly, that's not too surprising. I imagine that it's so long ago, that a lot of young people struggle believing that something like that could have happened. I'm sure there's got to be a name for the phenomenon, but you can see it with Civil Rights, as well; despite still being within the span of living memory, the world of Civil Rights is so different from now, that it barely feels real for younger people who are less likely to have met people who actually marched & protested. With WW2, almost everyone old enough to have any significant memory of that time is dead, & the only proof of it is whatever you find in history books/documentaries/etc.

I mean, you can't exactly do a proper Sonic Adventure 2 adaptation without Eggman.

They do, but men, & society in general, don't care nearly as much as with women.
