Low Fodder for X-23. Despite being "female Wolverine", I think she came along a bit too late for the Gfaqs demographic. The X-Men Evolution cartoon introduced her around 2002, which is about at the edge of relevance for this site. Marvel vs Capcom 3 probably don't count for much, and Logan was her only appearance in the X-Men movies.

Mid Fodder for Juggernaut. He's recognizable and has appeared in a lot of X-Men and Marvel games, including playable appearances in Marvel vs Capcom. He also has I'M THE JUGGERNAUT BITCH from X-Men 3, plus appearing in Deadpool 2.

I will give Super-Skrull Low Fodder. He isn't super well-known and has few relevant appearances in other media beyond Marvel vs Capcom 3, but I think he will escape law range due to association with the Skrull race in general, since Skrull aliens play major roles in some of the MCU movies like Captain Marvel.

agree with Low Fodder for all. Jubilee indeed has had little relevance since the mid 90s and Sentinels don't have any character to speak of. They'll be riding entirely on recognizability and old memes from the cartoon and MvC.

MODOK was in the Avengers game and is an amusing character, but is just a bit too obscure and Gfaqs probably won't take to his design well.

Fio may not be all that well-known, but she's cute and has TJF so I don't see her being law range.

Vectorman's 2 games were released very late in the life cycle of the Genesis, so I can't give him too much credit despite being the namesake. I would probably put him slightly below the level of Ecco.

Gundam Wing aired on Cartoon Network around 2000 so I think a good portion of Gfaqs may have seen it. I haven't watched it and am not sure how well-liked Heero is, but I will give him the benefit of the doubt being the protagonist.

I almost want to say mid for Steelix, but I will agree with Low Fodder. I think it benefits from being an evo of the well-known Onix, plus it is likely the most notable steel-type in Gen 2 due to being the ace of Jasmine's team. But alas, it is a trade evolution that requires an item.

agree with Axem. if anything people will anti-vote Tonberry due to how annoying it is to fight. As for Taskmaster I think he is popular among comic fans, and he was in the Avengers game, though that probably doesn't do much considering the game was a bust.

Low Fodder for Alan Grant - he's no Ian Malcolm.

I will give Skarmory Mid Fodder. It looks cool and is notable for being one of the steel-types introduced in Gen 2. Plus it was a very effective competitive battler thanks to its high defense and access to Spikes.

Low Fodder for Iron Fist. He did have a Netflix series but it got a rather muted response in comparison to Daredevil and Jessica Jones. Beyond that I think only comic fans will care about him; he didn't appear much in other media until the late 2000s and no one played him in Ultimate MvC3.

I will average all the ratings given to a character to come up with their final ranking. I have included a highlighted entrant from Character Battle X on each tier of the strength rankings below, to provide a baseline for each.

Note that LAW Fodder is meant to be a tier reserved for the weakest possible characters to put into a contest. A character will only be placed there if at least 3/4ths of the voters for that day agree on the LAW Fodder rating, and no ratings above Low Fodder are given. agree with metalmind. Wigglytuff is no Jiggly, who has anime relevance and was in Smash since the first game. Wigglytuff doesn't have any of that.

Sansa is a GoT who has gotten a lot of praise, but I don't see her being liked that well on Gfaqs, especially in comparison to her sister.

I don't think people really like Drowzee that much design-wise, and it isn't as memorable as its evolution.

Luke gets low fodder primarily due to being Layton's partner.

Low Fodder for Alexandra. Eternal Darkness is a heavy-praised game and Gfaqs should like it well enough to support one of the main characters.

Mid Fodder for Victreebel. It was a decent and accessible Pokemon in Gen 1, and memorable in the first season of the anime for always trying to eat James.

Another Hades, another Low Fodder. Hades does not have a lot of appearances in comparison to the mainstay FF summons, but I will give him the benefit of the doubt since he was in FF7.
