There is actually at least one black character with some story importance in every MGS game. What's messed up is that almost all of them can technically die either in their respective game, by story events or by the player or enemy killing them, or they will die in the timeline eventually.

A stage-based mode where your goal is to get to the end while defeating enemies. Clearing stages lets you level up and equip higher-leveled gear that does more damage, and you can equip augments to improve your gear. The HD and Switch versions have more weapons, characters, and augments, and the Switch version comes with a new stage and even more augments. I spent about 30 hours on RAID mode on 3DS because it's very fun.

The Switch version had the most content, followed by every other version and then the 3DS version. If you don't plan to play RAID mode, though, the only difference between the 3DS and other versions is an instakill enemy about halfway through.

One of the best looking games on the 3DS imo

one thing i would change about the game if i could would be that id put a boss fight on star hill
its the best battlefield in the game and i just feel like it not getting a boss battle leaves it wasted

The first real portion of the game is when youre chasing Crocco in the grasslands/forest area. The second scenario is an underground level. I wonder if that was intentional hehe
