Pastels are definitely out. If we wear anything light or bright we basically glow. Neutral and dark colors all day. I'm wearing a red shirt right now and it's borderline.

That doesn't seem like the real him. He loves to speak his mind but I've never seen him that outwardly disrespectful of something. That said, it's right. It's a pretty weak movie only held up because there was nothing else like it at the time, and now, pure nostalgia.

BG3. It's a mountainous game but I think with the proper mods, and skipping almost everything I could get her through it.

I think people still have an old fashion view of comics and don't see going down to a shop to drop money on a single issue as worth it. I don't think people are aware that you can get a digital subscription and just read whatever you want. They also view comics as massive long running things like Spider-Man and can't get past the barrier of entry. Comics don't have big traditional marketing campaigns like movies so people don't even know about smaller comics. All of this is compounded for kids. Unless they're actively seeking stuff out or have a friend that read something, they just aren't going to know about anything. Also, something something dropping attention spans.

Those kind are pretty cool but I prefer traditional coasters.

My mom made me do cub scouts and swimming but I quit swimming after two years because I didn't like it. She also tried to surprise me by just putting me in the van one night and taking me to join a basketball team. I told her to take me right home. I still don't know why she thought I wanted to play basketball. Got into sports on my own in middle school.

That's the part where you can't look for in universe reasoning. That whole plot is just a big meta joke. They were trying to get a new Jurassic Park off the ground for years but the executives kept shooting it down because they didn't think anyone wanted to see a rinky dink dinosaur movie. At one point they got really far pitching an idea for dinosaur human hybrid soldiers. So this is just a big punchline about how the Suits don't think motherfucking dinosaurs are magical enough for people, and I think it's hilarious.

The original three movies don't feel close to each other. People need to stop worrying about legacy so much and just enjoy things. The fact that there are no other dinosaur movies to even watch is a mortal sin so why complain when we do get some if they're kind of dumb? Dominion wasn't great but the other two are absolute blasts to watch.

The third one really is the executives hitting the nostalgia pipe but the other two feel like someone said "we've got an infinite budget to do whatever we want. Let's see what crazy shit we can come up with to shake up the formula". The first one especially felt like it was storyboarded by a child playing with action figures and it is one of the best theater experiences I've ever had because I was that child when the old movies were coming out.

If we collectively keep Root beer, Dr. Pepper is superfluous. Never heard of big red but it sounds good.

Because regardless of his real intent, the message is true. It's not news to say that CE has a lot of maladjusted malcontents. And it's absolutely true that you don't have to be provoked. No one had to post in this topic. Everyone consented to coming in here so they could be mad about his post. I ignore and don't engage with stupid bullshit everyday on this board. You don't have to if you don't want to.

I remember the Chris section at least being a decent TPS when I first played it but after replayign it, it felt much worse.

Sex used to really be left to horror and b schlock but at some point nudity became more of a prestige thing where actresses would do it to prove they were serious about the art and to please give them an Oscar please. That also ran alongside the PG13ification of horror. Now, apart from porn being a click away, even TV shows have nudity. There was definitely a high point around GoT when execs realized people really wanted to see boobies on TV. Now, It's ubiquitous. It's not shocking or titillating anymore. I can definitely understand the need for it being much less now and people backing away from it.

First thing I remember doing here was looking at RE2 walkthroughs. Made an account and started posting when Battlefield Bad Company 2 came out. Don't remember when I first heard about CE but someone was talking about it on TWSS so I checked it out.

I respect its place in gaming history but it's hard to go back to now. Looks like ass, clunky to play, no real features or systems to speak of. Yeah, you can mod the hell out of to fix any issues but why go through that trouble when you can play 4000 games that are just better versions?

Neither is bad. Who even complains about fall damage? That's the default for every game unless there's a reason to remove it.

This is the big thing people (intentionally) forget, and not just about Ghostbusters. That movie was one of the absolute worst things I've seen in theaters but, after that, I forgot it existed and moved on with my life.

The Hellboy reboot. No idea why it gets so much hate. It's got a similar style and tone to the previous one's, good action, good comedy, Sheriff Hopper was a fantastic fit for Hellboy, and the R rating was a small bonus. We were never getting a Hellboy 3. This is far and away the best we could have hoped for.

But what are they actually doing? If I'm ordering at a kiosk why does someone's face need to be on it?
