when I beat this as a kid, and even 10 years ago or whatever that I beat it again, I never used the enemy skill or any complicated materia like manipulate or anything besides the basic attacks.

I'm playing again and actually using a guide, and these two materia really change the entire game.

oh and that's also only divided into 40 hours/week...how many of them are working 50-60 hours?

You're not making sense. You said nurses aren't equipped for this, and you're right, they're not. That's what the orderlies are for. The problem is, as always, underfunding leading to horrible understaffing and lack of oversight.

Most mental health facilities have orderlies who are there to restrain patients if needed. They are equipped to deal with violence. And the cohort of people that are in danger are a small, trained group of people who see him every day, and have intimate knowledge of his mental health status.

well it's good to know you don't actually know anything about healthcare, especially mental healthcare

healthcare workers get assaulted all the time, especially in mental health facilities, and because of attitudes like this they're expected to just deal with it.
