i like it a lot.
season 2 is my least favorite though because every single character in season 2 is a genuinely awful person. there ends up being no one to root for and i need a character to root for
they try to make a character sympathetic and then have something horrible happen to them. only to show a flashback showing why the horrible thing that happened to them was karma

oh if you sever heard of slasher its an anthology series where every season has a new cast of characters, new setting, and new killer but every season telling a slasher story
it reuses actors a lot

season 1 is about a woman returning to the town where her parents were murdered when she was a baby and now someone is murdering residents based on the punishments doled out for committing the 7 deadly sins

season 2 is a group of former camp consolers returning to their old campground in the winter which is now like a hippie commune. now someone is there picking them off one by one

season 3 is unique in that every episode is an hour in the characters lives. the season is set over like an 8 hour period and a small apartment complex has been targetted by a murderer and anyone who lives there is in danger.

season 4 is about a family of rich people who are now being picked off one by one.....you get the gist

season 5 just started and its a period piece set in 1902 toronto

i used to think that we would survive
but then covid happened and revealed just how stupid a large portion of the population is and now i know we would be wiped out

critics have their own personal biases and it reflects on what they review
siskel and ebert 2 of the most well known critics of all time could not be trusted to give an unbiased review to a slasher movie
they both hated the genre with a passion so other than halloween and scream they would trash every slasher they came across yet fans flocked to those movies in droves

one of them even gave people betsy palmers actual address so they could harass her for being in friday the 13th

basically always go with the audience score over the critic score when deciding if you want to see a movie or not

each campaign was supposed to have a different feel to them
leon/helena was supposed to feel like a classic horror focused RE game
chris/piers was supposed to feel more like the action focused RE5
sherry/jake was supposed to feel like RE3 with an unstoppable enemy following them the entire game
ada was supposed to play like separate ways in RE4 showing what she was doing in the background

my big issue with Ada's story is that it needed a real final boss.
she only has 1 unique boss fight and thats carla. but her final boss is just one of the leons final bosses forms and not something unique to her

there are several moments in the nami vs kalifa fight i like
nami making rain to counter her devil fruit for one
and creating a bunch of mirage thunder balls so that kalifa doesnt know which ones are real and which ones are fake so she cant tell which ones to dodge

but still so many characters. im sure a few of the ones we came to know in season 1 wont make it through season 2
my money is on fatima dying to emotionally break ellis and julie

midge's actress was one of the charlies angels
but the one that was introduced only in the final season

eric and donna both had their moments but overall they were the least funny members of the cast
they played the straight man to the other characters outlandish personalities which is an important role to play in a sitcom
but it often leaves that character dull overall

bump it 8 to 10 times just on the chance that no one saw it the first 7 to 9 times it was on the front page

and i remember hearing something about troy baker saying he would have voiced the new lines for yuri in vesperia definitive edition but he was never even contacted and that was his favorite role

yes kirby is in a decent amount of the movie but but the movie is about tara and sam so they get the most focus

and if kirby dies or not i can tell you that no kirby does not die. she survives the movie and even takes part in the final showdown with ghostface to an extent

yes rather than build a slasher around a main villain the scream series likes to have characters reoccur in the series so they get more character development than the average slasher cast and the appeal of the movies are a big whodunit mystery every time
which kind of means scream 6 is a bad one to start with because the one scene with kirby reveals each killer in the franchise

yeah kalifa's bubble power is really good when you think about it

It's first season wasn't the best but it's second season feels like it finally found its footing
