of course Jigglypuff >>>>>> Clefairy
but Nia picked to be Clefairy in my Black 2 playthrough where I named my pokes after dillos..... not allowed to evolve, so I was stuck with weak-ass Clefairy in my main party, hmph but now ni's got SeeU the Jigglypuff.... as her main / highest-level pokemon right now... and she doesn't want to evolve it... she's gonna have a tougher time than I did with my Clefairy! and I made my Clefairy as boss as I could Only got a Japanese class today, 4:00-5:30 ---
