Shake, pedophiles have no control over it. Child molesters do. They can be one in the same, but they aren't by definition. Pedophiles are sexually attracted to children. Someone could be a pedophile but go through their entire life never doing anything inappropriate to a child, by conscience and/or fear of consequence. They have no control over their feelings and urges. They only have control over their actions. if they choose to have sexual relations of any kind with a child, then they are a child molester. They had control of their actions but chose to act on them. I don't respect people who molest kids, but a pedophile who exhibited unconditional self control and never so much as looked at a child in a disturbing manner, I would respect. There probably aren't many out there like that, but who really knows.

And yes, what I said DOES VERY MUCH have **** to do with what you're talking about. If a guy can get fooled that easily by a girl in person, how easy is it to get fooled on the internet? Not all guys who show up at the house of a 13 year old for sex know that it's a 13 year old they're meeting. There are girls out there who are looking for sex from chat room guys. How many of them do you think are honest? There's this whole "it can't happen to me" attitude that you always hear regarding the guys who get busted on that show. Well it works both ways. Those teenagers you refer to as "half-people" are probably even more likely to think that it won't happen to them. A girl browses the chatrooms and gets friendly with older guys, then she sees the Chris Hanson show. Is she more likely to think "omg i shud be more carefull lolz" or "yeah right lolz that will nevar happen to me." They're stubborn, rebellious, ignorant and naive. I know you agree with me there. If they end up getting secksed up by a 40 year old internet predator, they've gotten what they asked for.

ExTha's not stupid at all, nor is he ignorant. He's just unsympathetic to young teenage girls who try to hook up via chat rooms. There's no reason to fault him for that even if you disagree with him. Shake, you're obviously unsympathetic to guys who go to the same chat rooms looking for young tail. We all have groups of people we're unsympathetic to. For me (off the top of my head), people with eating disorders is the first that comes to mind, and there are many more. ExTha is not defending the criminals so much as he's criticizing the victims, and that needs to happen more in this world in my opinion, because it's too easy for people to paint themselves as victims and take advantage of their victimization.

As for killing every pedophile or even killing every sex offender. THAT is what's stupid. I hate all extremists and crusaders whether or not I agree with their cause. If you kill a guy who bangs a half-conscious drunk chick, you have to kill the guy who was tricked by a 15 year old girl (and wouldn't have gone near her if he knew her age). If you kill a guy who rapes a kid, you have to kill some homeless guy jerking off in a park somewhere when a kid happens to run into view. If you don't kill minor sex offenders or accidental sex offenders along with the horrible ones, you're admitting to the existence of a gray area, and gray areas are the worst enemy of any extremist or crusader.

Sorry for the delay, I went to sleep after I replied to the topic the 1st time, got up and had to visit my lawyer about the lawsuit (actually, possibly 2 lawsuits...I'll explain this later)

Second of all:

Part 1

It was March 23 and I was on Spring break! However, instead of going down south, I was invited to stay at my friends house in Long Island for the week. Now, when I say, "friends house", I mean my friend RJ lives in a 2 story building with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms while he takes care of his grandma. I've known RJ since 1st grade and we are pretty close.

When I talk to him on the phone about staying there for a week, he says that he invited 3 other friends from my town (since we all grew up together) to go as well and they are on there way too. I take the rest of the day and night packing up and Saturday morning I head out. I take my time and got lost a couple of times, but fast forward to Sunday evening and I arrive at his home.

Upon getting there RJ greets me and he says I was the last person to come, apparently everyone decided to fly to NY...bastards.

But when I went inside I saw 3 of the other people RJ wanted to come over, Thaddeus (cool guy), Juan P. (Cool, but can be kind of stupid at times), and Mike V.

Mike V. = my enemy. Apparently Mike is a bigot and I would strangle him given the opportunity, not to mention he is the biggest douche-tool I have ever met. I have no clue why RJ wanted him to visit for spring break, Heck...Thad and Juan don't have jobs and I have no clue how they got the money to get there. Mike is from a rich family who dropped out of college and likes to screw around.

Right off the bat me and Mike get right at it, but its nothing major. It was a pretty brisk week but I wanted to visit New York my whole life and I saw the sights, I won't go on about visiting since this topic isn't about my trip to NY.

Towards the end of the weekend RJ informs me that his grandmother will let us have a small "party" and we can have some friends over. Seeing as how RJ is the only one who has friends from the area he did some inviting. But good ole' Mike V. had a cousin who he said lives in Jersey and we can pick her up since he hasn't seen her in 5 years.

He gets on yahoo and starts chatting. We decide to have the party in the end of the week(Friday) Fast forward to late morning Friday and I get stuck with driving duty while Mike and Thad decide to ride along (more like Thad was forced since RJ didn't want me driving his car and he had to get some people, and I was the only one who brung my car to Long Island).

Part 2

Fast forward a couple of hours since I have no sense of direction and google maps let me down, we finally arrive at Ocean County. Mike tells me that he wants to surprise her and he wants to quick stop by Walgreens to get a card and a present.

I tell him to **** off and then Thad said "Just do it man, we'll pick her up as he goes in the store to buy stuff. From the directions it seems that it is about 2 minutes away". I shrug it off and I get off the main road to walgreens (I thought he got the idea as we went by it, but I am thinking thats not the case). Mike wants Thad to come since he thinks that if Thad was next to him waiting in the parking lot, I won't run Mike over (heh...I hate him so much). I ask Mike for his cousin's name, "Casey" he replies.

After I drop them off I drive for a minute and I get to the place, pretty big house, I thought nothing of it since it was rich Mike's relative. I park in the driveway and walk up to the door. I knock and she opens it, she looked nothing like Mike and I was baffled to see how those two could have been related. But remember this...SHE LOOKED LIKE SHE WAS IN HER 20's!!!

Kuge: Hey, Casey?
Casey: Yes, come on in!
Kuge: Are you ready to go? I'm Mike's "Friend".
Casey: Umm, cool, do you want to come in, it's cold out.
Kuge: We really sh..
Casey: I made some hot chocolate and I need to finish it, wanna wait inside.
Kuge: Fine, but we need to hurry up.

I follow her to the kitchen and she tries talking to me again.

Casey: So, did you bring the condoms?
Kuge: Umm, what the hell?, can we just go, I don't see any hot chocolate.
Casey: Ok, lemma get my coat.

She walks into another room and I lean on the counter.

"Hey, what are you planning on doing with her?"...

...I turn around and it's Chris Hansen. I am in utter shock...

"..wha.." I manage to say, and then everything turned black.

When I woke up I was in a bed inside a van where several policeman were at. Word on the street was that I fainted and landed on my head, but when I woke up I didn't feel any pain.

I'll continue with this later, I just thought I would set the record straight on what happened. I told my gf about it before so she would understand and she did, but then I saw that clip of the Kooginator faint on next weeks "To Catch A Predator" when I clearly presented that I was set up. (And yes, I'll talk about how I didn't solicit young women.

This almost fainted in 7th grade when some kid put a library book in my backpack when I wasn't looking, then when the alarm went off I told them I wouldn't steal a stupid book. Until they pulled a library book out of my backpack...I was speechless and almost fainted.

Now...lets magnify it times 1000 since it's on national tv.

My gf did have a good laugh though when she say the clip of me fainting, she yelled, "KUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGE". (I'll tell how I got proof that I wasn't soliciting kids later, if I didn't get proof...I probably wouldn't have my gf today).

I only read the first page, but let me just say I didn't think it was possible for me to respect ExTha any less than I already did. But he proved that wrong by supporting the acts of pedophiles.

Sure, he has somewhat of a point about the girls throwing it out there, but that argument is only really applicable to the 16-18 jailbait that are for intents and purposes, matured.

This show uses 12-13 year old bait. These kids have no idea what sex really is, the kinds of people lurking out there, or the ramifications of acting older than they really are.

To Catch A Predator is a great show, because hopefully it sends the message to the dirty lowlives out there that it is entirely possible that the "young girl" you're trying to co-erce is really a cop trying to ensnare you. And if you're stupid enough to even try it, I say you deserve to have your face and name plastered on national TV.

First of all, everyone has urges, some worse than others, but most people can control these urges. The guys who take the time to co-erce what they think are small children, then take the time to drive to their house for sex are acting on these urges, and are a menace to society.

I saw one episode where this one guy ended up getting caught more than once.

As for the whole "crime was not yet committed", let's say a guy has a bomb strapped to him in a crowded room. He says he's going to explode the bomb but you have a gun in your hand. Basically, you're saying that you would not shoot the guy with the bomb until he blows up the bomb, killing himself, you and many innocent bystanders. It's called being pro-active instead of reactive, meaning you can stop the criminal before he has a chance to ruin innocent lives.

How can someone possible be against that? Look at that one Tom Cruise movie where they had the system to pre-empt crimes. Their world was a utopia (until eventually the creator of the system abused flaws only he himself knew, but that's beside the point). Now everyone's going to call me an asshat, and tell me to read 1984.
