It sounded to me like there have been a lot of setups or misunderstandings. The intro says they've arrested around 200 people so far and then goes on to say only 117 either confessed or were found guilty by jury or judge. So 83ish people ended up at the sting for innocuous reasons.

Well see this is where responsibility comes into play. legally a person isn't responsible unless they are proven competent and it is assumed that a young person is incompetent by default. Now this is true to an extent, human beings are generally not mentally competent until the age of 16 or so, when the brain stops developing.

However, this is not the case for all species, many animals are fully developed and capable of consent at a much younger age. This is why furry loli is more acceptable to me than regular loli. A furry or anthropomorph would realistically have a quicker mental development and so imagery of furs as young as 4 or 5 are completely acceptable erotic subject matter.

I have read through the topic, but you might want to think a little bit. Statutory rape is guess what.......TADA!!!! RAPE.

Now I don't know what kind of a world you live in but I haven't met a single well adjusted 13 year old proposition a 40 year old dirtbag for sex. These girls have problems and many of them are victims of prior, genuine sexual assault often by family members. The reason its so universally criminalized is because neither attraction is natural and when it crops up it means there's an underlying problem. So you can try to take the tough guy approach but it really is incredibly ignorant and short-sited.
