What, is Congress gonna stop him? Good luck; he's already burying them in so much bullshit to review that they'll never keep pace. And are we seriously going to count on republican defectors to keep this shit at bay? Yeah. OK.
The courts? You mean the ones he's fucking stacked, top to bottom?

Wouldn't it be a shame if he had a 931 page document telling him exactly how to staff every agency with sycophants to let him bypass that and act quickly, with impunity? Wouldn't it be a shame if he filled his advisor positions with all the people who WROTE that fucking document?
Stop preening about checks and balances; more than anything else, Trump has shown us just how much of our government was held together with Gentlemen's Agreements. Our entire system is being blown wide open, in real time, and there's not a damn person around to stop it.
