Kind of. Calling the Fascists "Trump's handlers" probably oversells their importance at the moment. Things are more or less run by the Tech Oligarchs and Trump bends to them. In absolute power terms

1. Tech Oligarchs
2. Trump
3. Fascists

The issue is that Musk and Co like a lot of what #3 has to offer and as a result will back them. The reality is they are one united pile of garbage. If they ever don't have any liberal rivals, they'll turn on each other at some point. But for now...
