The problem with accelerationism, the theory that complete collapse and catastrophe is needed to cause a reset, is that those people seem to ignore the fact the last time we got that was The Great Depression and World War 2. Yeah the 70s through to the early 00s was pretty awesome, but it was preceded by misery and death the likes of which are beyond living comprehension.

You types may choose to sign up to hell on Earth but I sure fucking don't. We're headed there whether we want it or not but only a fool who is ignorant of the past actually wants to accelerate the collapse.
