Topic	Remember David the Gnome?

Since I watched it on cable, I never got to see the last episode. Just as well, since I heard it had a sad ending. Years later I found a book that illustrated the many types of Gnomes. Since the Gnomes looked very much like variations of David, and the Trolls had those same types of tails and blue eyes, I'm wondering if there's a connection ? --- --I understand your opinion.
