punisher is news to me. I'm definitely looking forward to it despite the issues with mcu punisher so far

What are the issues with MCU punisher? His portrayal seems well received

They announced it awhile ago. I think its called Brave and the Bold ( I could be wrong on the title.) But its about Batman and Damian and being directed and run by the Flash director. Yes that horrible Flash movie that Gunn thinks is the greatest comic book movie ever

I think Andy can deliver. Flash isn't the best but it isn't the worst. With some guidance he can deliver a good movie

Well it's not like Marvel can make an MCU Hulk movie so guest starring is all he can do.

As long as we're not dealing with space or multiverse shenanigans, I consider it a street-level win.

Listen I'm all for it. I like what I hear but i just don't hear street level when I hear about it

Spiderman of course. Those have mostly been good.

Doomsday. Who knows. Most marvel stuff recently, outside of Spiderman, hasnt been great. I think this is their chance to regain faith, as this is the story people wanted. Although i still think Galactus would have been better, since Doom kind of needs a lot more buildup. Galactus can make for a good movie, Doom needs a Thanos type buildup.

The Boys worries me. The last season wasnt great. A lot of weird, gross humor Huey getting raped twice and playing it as a joke, when Starfire doing the thing was treated as deadly serious. Plus all the political stuff. And the really pointless Frenchie story that went nowhere. And MM. Everyone kind of sucked. I cant even remember most of the season, outside of Sister Sage, who I have no clue what angle they are going with her. Is she playing Homelander? Is she really just with him because she is bored? Is she chaotic neutral? A Train had a good arc though. He is becoming the most interesting character.

I don't get this train of thought, the avengers movies have been consistently better than the Spiderman movies and this Spiderman movie is from a new director. If anything there should be more faith in avengers, unless you really dug Shang chi. Plus Shang chi and Wonderman fates may be tied as they are both made by the same guy

The Huey stuff was bad, I won't defend it. Frenchie has always sucked. What's wrong with the politics?

Not sure which individual movie I'm more interested in, but I'm like 10x more likely to go see any of the new DC movies than anything Marvel. Tired of being bored by the Disney formula slop, at worst the recent DC offerings have been fun to watch for me.

Wait the Disney stuff is slop and James Gunn stuff isn't?
