Are JW women even allowed to go door to door? Yes, women are allowed to go door to door to preach God's word to those willing. Even conduct in home Bible studies. The only thing they are not allowed to do is preach directly to the congregation at their meetings (church service). I forget the exact scripture, I haven't been practicing for like 15 years, but there is something Jesus said in one of the gospels that they take as women being unfit to directly preach to the congregation.
