Problem is people likely wont feel effects from this bill for a few years and Republicans were smart and got this legislation done early so that it will be further from voters minds come election time. People are stupid though. Just have attack ads from the Dems saying it was Republicans singing and they'll buy it. They won't be able to tell who their rep is and whether or not they're singing. That's dishonest Works for the Republicans. Hell, you were dumb enough to believe it was the Republicans too.
