As far as the law is concerned they are all minors but it would be interesting to see where exactly people draw the line because "it looks inappropriate" is not viable reasoning for such a decision. So you seriously don't see the difference in two pubescent people dating who are two years apart having sex and a teenager and a pre-pubescent kid that's in kindergarten and doesn't even know what sex and likely romance are?
