Topic	Playing FF7 for the first time

Is watching Advent Children and reading up on the plot of the other games worth doing, or does the story just get increasingly convoluted and bad a la kingdom hearts lmao i would say look up advent children if you really enjoy ff vii, but its not really that great and you arent missing out on much. for other FFs, I would recommend sticking with the PS1 gen, those are the best imo. They have should have VIII and /or IX on the Switch. I think both are better than VII imo. Id most likely recommend IX because its easier to enjoy. its epic and fun and romantic and you get some really deep characters FFVIII is my personal favorite but its not for everyone. You kinda have to like the sappy love story to really enjoy it.
