Yeah the bigger I got the more the world felt more scary and threatening.

Try not to worry so much about things like milk or being feminine enough. Those things wont matter to your child. I didnt breastfeed and my daughter is thriving. The medical benefits of breastfeeding are not that much better and are overblown. My daughter has only really been sick once and thats when she went to daycare. Shes healthy and happy and thats all that matters. No one goes around as adults saying they were breastfed or formula fed. No one cares if we were potty trained at 2 or 3. When we said our first words, etc. Parents put so much unnecessary pressure on themselves.

As for needing to be feminine, what does that really mean?

It doesn't mean anything, that's why I stopped caring about it.

But I think I'm going straight to bottle feeding, tbh.

To be frank, I literally don't have enough breasts for this to be feasible.
And I'm not really all that comfortable with doing it.
