If you assume the hospital had no flammable materials or ammo storage, then yes it wouldn't make sense for a simple crude rocket to do it.

I know it's Palestine, and I know what the IDF says every other time they bomb a hospital or school, but shouldn't the default assumption be that a hospital does not have ammo storage?

EFF has been writing stories about how the Five Eyes wants to secretly decrypt everything via backdoor and access our communications. Do you sincerely believe they'd reveal what they actually know, given their stated goals for "law enforcement purposes?"

Above and beyond the Five Eyes' interest and associations with Israel?

I'm going to be very skeptical of the countries (at least one of them) that said (as linked above in this topic) they're going to keep an unending flow of weapons to the people allegedly bombing hospitals for "security reasons."
